I am a passionate, hardworking, and eager-to-learn film production graduate from the University of Waikato, looking to continue developing my skills and experience within the New Zealand film industry. I have strong communication skills, work well as part of a team, and am able to learn quickly and adapt to new environments and challenges.

I am seeking opportunities within the film industry where I can gain hands-on experience, contribute to productions, and continue learning from experienced professionals. I am enthusiastic about working with people who are passionate about what they do and creating quality work together.

I am also currently working towards obtaining my driver’s licence. While I do not drive at present, I am actively working towards becoming licensed and am committed to continuing to develop both my practical skills and experience within the industry.
  • I have experience working on a few film and commercial sets, including working as a Production Assistant on a small advertisement and doing behind-the-scenes photography.
  • I enjoy photography and have experience taking photos on set while being aware of what is happening around me and making sure I don't get in the way of the production.
  • I have experience with both photo and video editing and have worked on a number of my own projects outside of university.
  • I have completed several solo film projects, which gave me experience with taking a project from an initial idea through to filming and editing it myself.
  • I work well with other people and have good communication skills. I am comfortable taking direction and asking questions when I am unsure about something.
  • I am able to adapt to different situations and am willing to take on different jobs when needed. I am keen to learn from people with more experience and get a better understanding of how different parts of a production work.
  • I take safety seriously, especially when working on set. I understand that everyone has a responsibility to help keep the workplace safe and to follow instructions and procedures.
