Jesse is a New Zealand – American filmmaker from Cambridge, in the Waikato.

He produces and directs films and animations using a variety of 2D methods, from paper and ink to Toon Boom rigs.

Cinema is an excellent medium for understanding culture, and Jesse makes films following this premise.

Jese has a diploma in Classical Animation from the Vancouver Film School. Since then he has worked for Yoobee Colleges, as an animation tutor, and has been involved in a variety of short films.

Films Jesse has worked on have been featured in Tropfest NZ, Florida Animation Festival, Extremely Shorts, and other film events across the world.

Jesse continues to collaborate with creative people in New Zealand and abroad to explore the New Zealand experience.
