Practical Producing Series — Share the Knowledge
Overview An expert-led six-season Zoom workshop series, designed to equip emerging and seasoned producers with practical tools and insights across the full feature-film production lifecycle—from development and casting to financing, packaging, production, post, delivery, and release. Each session runs for 60 minutes and is recorded for later access.

From annual hui’s and national conferences to local workshops and film premieres, plus Q&A sessions with writers and producers offer unique insights into an exciting industry where connections build collaborations.
The Gone is a six-part crime/drama series, directed by Peter Burger and Hannah Quinn. Made in collaboration between Kōtare Productions, Keeper Pictures, and Kingfisher Films, in partnership with Southern Light Films.
Filming occurred in Dublin, Auckland, and Te Aroha, with the main cast featuring Acushla-Tara Kupe, Richard Flood, Manu Bennett, and Carolyn Bracken.
Production on a second series started in February 2024.
